Supported Housing

Cardiff, South Wales

A development of six supported housing apartments, with staff accommodation.  Designed to Code for Sustainable Homes level 4, as part of the Welsh Assembly Government’s Sustainable Development Programme, on a brown-field site in northern Cardiff. Flats are bespoke-designed for residents with Learning Difficulties and utilise timber frame construction, to help to acheive the Code (for Sustainable Homes) level 4 rating.
