Sheltered Housing to Extra Care

Our first conversion, adaptation and extension of an existing sheltered housing scheme, to create an extra-care flats and communal facilities project. We have attempted to both meet our client’s brief and also to create a ‘place’ within what is a somewhat ‘placeless’ post-WW2 housing estate. The accommodation is organised around two courtyard gardens, to create sheltered outdoors spaces for residents to enjoy.
