In recognition of the fact that it can be difficult for our staff to balance working life with an often-hectic family life, Pentan Partnership operates a flexi-time system.
This system allows our staff to come and go as they please, to suit their individual life-styles, outside of the core hours of 10-12 am and 2-4 pm.
Contracted hours are 37 hours per week; with 20 days annual leave + statutory bank holidays.
Pentan Partnership operates a contributory pension scheme; free health club membership; and discretionary paid study leave (including tuition fees) for staff pursuing professional qualifications and other Pentan-approved post-graduate studies.
