Our extra-care flats development at Barton-under-Needwood, in Staffordshire has received two national awards: "Most Outstanding Extra-Care Facility of 2009", in the UK Over-50s Housing Awards; and a "Gold Award" for "Best UK Housing-with-Care scheme (under 30 units)" in the Elderley Accommodation Counsel's (EAC's) 2010 awards.
