Key-worker Apartments

Cardiff, South Wales

A development of sixteen key worker apartments, for United Welsh Housing Association, on a brown- field site in Grangetown, Cardiff. This linear site, backing onto a railway line, presented several design challenges which our 4-storeys, two-blocks, inner courtyard scheme attempts to resolve. All to full Secured by Design and RNIB accreditation standards.
