Directors & Associate Directors

The four founding directors of Pentan Partnership are Stephen Thwaites (Managing), Andrew Hole (Company Secretary), Jim Dale and John Carter. All four worked together at Cardiff-based SHAW Housing Association, before establishing Pentan Partnership in August 1995. Over the ensuing years the Partnership has grown from its original ten 'pioneers' to over twenty people today; and the four founding directors have been joined by three associate directors: John Needham, one of the original 'pioneers' and Ed Green and Andrew Lewis.
