This Housing Association-YMCA partnership project provides Direct-Access and Move-on residential accommodation; and new facilities for Bridgend YMCA, in a prominent town-centre location. The YMCA part of the project includes theatre and conference centre and sports facilities, to replace and extend the YMCA’s current seen-better-days buildings.
