Bespoke Housing

Bridgend, South Wales:

Our client for this project of nine pattern book houses and four be-spoke flats in Bridgend had previously found the site (steeply-sloping and with access issues) to be undevelopable within its affordability criteria. We demonstrated that it could be made to work; and, after detailed negotaitions with the highways authority, we were able to secure a Planning Permission that was both technically workable and financially affordable.
