Andrew Hole
Director

Andrew is a co-founding Director of Pentan Partnership and has almost thirty years experience of the public-residential sector, since qualifying as an Architectural Technologist in 1979.

In conjunction with the voluntary sector (mostly charities and Housing Associations) in South Wales and the West of England, Andrew has, over the years, been involved in a wide range of community-based projects.  He has extensive experience of new-build housing; and has a particular expertise in supported/care projects, including commissions for specialist care projects. Andrew's portfolio also includes extensive experience of conservation projects; rehabilitation projects; reinvestment schemes; and community education and resource centres.

Andrew firmly believes in and supports the principles of building procurement under the partnering approach; and has been active in this procurement route since 2001. He also places a high priority on sustainability issues in all of his projects.

Recently completed projects include: Phase 1 of a specialist autism residential project in Neath; supported accommodation for people with a hearing impairment and/or with partial-sight, in Carmarthenshire; reinvestment in/conversion of existing properties within a Conservation Area in Newport; and a community resource facility for people with autism and for their carers, in Caerphilly.

Andrew is also a Board Member of Newport Housing Trust, a local, community-based Housing Association.
