Pentan Partnership has its roots in the Housing Association movement. First established in 1979, as the in-house design practice of SHAW Housing Association, it became an independent private practice in 1995. Since then, it has developed and honed its expertise in residential, social-care and health-care architecture; and, today, Pentan Partnership is  recognised as one of the design leaders in these sectors – both in its home-base of Wales and also in England.

Services that we provide include architecture, interior design, community participation, project management, CDM co-ordination and energy assessment (Code for Sustainable Homes, SAP & EPC).
